About BdB B.V.
BdB B.V. provides online, education-only professional learning for learners across Canada, with practical programmes built for real workplace situations.
Why we started
BdB B.V. was founded in 2020 to publish practical workplace learning that does not depend on a specific industry background. The starting point was simple: many professionals are asked to write clearer updates, plan work, run meetings, and coordinate tasks without ever being taught the underlying mechanics. That gap shows up in everyday friction—unclear handoffs, lost decisions, duplicated work, and documentation that nobody trusts.
The programmes on this site focus on teachable routines and reusable tools: checklists, templates, and short practice exercises that mirror real work. Instead of abstract theory, learners work through scenarios like producing a meeting agenda, creating a project brief, writing a concise stakeholder update, or building a weekly plan with a short review loop.
Delivery is fully online and available across Canada. Learners can study in short sessions, return to materials when work gets busy, and use downloadables as working documents. BdB B.V. provides educational services only and does not provide consulting or regulated professional services.
Mission
To provide accessible, practical, and flexible online education that supports lifelong learning and professional development.
Vision
To become a trusted provider of online professional education helping learners throughout Canada strengthen workplace competencies through modern digital learning.
Education-only statement
BdB B.V. provides educational content only. We do not provide consulting, financial services, legal services, accounting, investment services, recruitment, employment placement, healthcare services, immigration services, software development, engineering services, or government-recognized certification services.
Learning philosophy
Our learning design is built around workplace artefacts and repeatable routines. Each programme is structured into short modules with a clear outcome: a finished document, a planning board, a communication template, or a practice decision that can be reviewed. Lessons are paired with exercises that make the learner produce something concrete rather than simply “understand” a topic.
Quality standards are practical and visible. We aim for clear objectives, plain language, and examples that reflect how work actually happens: shifting priorities, incomplete inputs, and multiple stakeholders. Material is revised when common questions show up in support requests, and when digital workplace norms change (for example, how teams run meetings, document decisions, or coordinate asynchronously).
Accessibility is central to the service. All programmes are available online across Canada and can be completed with a steady, realistic rhythm. Learners are encouraged to reuse templates and checklists as working documents rather than treating them as one-time homework.
Practical learning
Exercises produce usable outputs: a checklist, a short brief, a meeting agenda, or a communication template.
Lifelong learning
Content is designed to be revisited. Templates and planners stay useful after the programme ends.
Accessibility
Programmes are delivered online across Canada with a flexible rhythm that fits real schedules.
Integrity
Transparent positioning: education and learning resources only, with clear boundaries on what we do not provide.
Learning specialists
The learning team focuses on curriculum development and learner support. Profiles below describe educational expertise only and do not imply consulting, legal advice, financial advice, accounting, recruitment, employment placement, engineering, or advisory services.
Leah P.
Business Administration Educator (MEd)
Leah has spent 9 years developing learning materials that make administrative work easier to see and repeat. Her modules focus on documentation routines, filing standards, and lightweight process maps that keep teams aligned. Learners often mention her checklists because they are specific enough to use the same day. Outside the curriculum, she keeps an unapologetically tidy template library.
Owen S.
Communication Instructor (MA)
Owen has taught professional writing and workplace communication for 11 years, with a particular focus on clarity under time pressure. He builds exercises around short status updates, meeting notes, and stakeholder messaging where tone and structure matter. He is known for turning vague drafts into crisp, usable templates without losing the human voice. His favourite assignment is the two-paragraph update that answers the real question.
Nina K.
Leadership Development Specialist (PgCert)
Nina has 8 years of experience designing learning for first-time managers and team leads. Her content emphasises delegation, expectation setting, and feedback loops that are workable in real teams. Learners like her decision-making exercises because they replace vague “be confident” advice with structured steps. She collects meeting agenda patterns the way some people collect recipes.
Mark D.
Professional Learning Advisor (DipHE)
Mark supports learners in choosing a starting point and keeping momentum during self-paced study. Over 10 years in adult learning support, he has become very good at spotting the difference between “I need motivation” and “I need a simpler workflow.” His role is educational: answering questions about programme scope, suggesting a sensible sequence, and pointing learners to the right templates. He is known for concise replies and practical next steps.
